who we are
Nicole Grey realized her love for interior design at a very young age. As a child, she constantly moved the furniture around in the living spaces of her family home and drew floorplans for fun. As an adult, after a long real estate career, Nicole owned and operated a residential cleaning company that also offered organization services. After 6 years of running that business, she decided it was time to follow her heart... starting Grey & Company, an interior design and custom painting business. She creates thoughtful, livable spaces where life can be enjoyed. Whether it's reimagining a room and its best purpose, creating a functional kitchen or designing a vacation property, Nicole's creativity paired with her experience make for the perfect place to call home.
Nicole works alongside her junior designer, Erin Lynch. Together, they work with a team of contractors and painters, a home organizer, as well as Jill Thompson her office manager. They curate products, envision intentional, functional spaces and create eye catching looks for your home.

"Traditionally, I prefer a mid-century modern look, but after having consulted with Nicole I really wanted to add some different elements into the rooms to bring out a warm and cozy vibe.
Nicole added personality to the space by incorporating boHo chic accessories to complement the existing furniture. Our team not only handles design, but we also manage projects where construction renovations are a part of the overall scope of work. We can oversee the entire project by holding meetings with the construction team, reviewing documents, managing the schedule, overseeing deliveries and providing constant updates to our clients.
